  o    Assess the functionality and limitations of various hardware and software components.

  o    Provide Database Administration Services, implementing backup and recovery procedures and policies and conducting performance test & tuning

  o    Support product delivery requirements and commitments for computing systems software by performing project management activities such as estimating, prioritizing personal work, and providing metrics information

  o    Support group and custom use of computer software and hardware by participating in acquisition of computing resources

  o    Knowledge of available system software, computer equipment, regulations, structure, techniques and management practices to design complex systems and subsystems

  o    Test delivered systems/routines/programs to ensure the accuracy, efficiency and robustness of the developed code

  o    Track computing system usage and systems’ performance

  o    Control computing system configuration and access

Mr. Arshad is responsible for IT project management, analyzing business requirements and software process management. Experienced in designing and managing software processes involving systems development and integration projects, with particular expertise in project leadership and software development both for web and desktop based systems. Conversant with state-of-the-art technologies, able to learn complex technical subjects quickly. Previously, Mr. Arshad was involved in the planning and operations side of Nucleus Entertainment as General Manager IT. He has also performed on different projects in project management and team leadership roles. He was involved in Process Improvement via system development and implementation and has also worked as team leader in a range of large and small software development projects both in relation to desktop and web based applications.
